Columbia River Elderhostel Kayaking Part 1
An Elderhostel kayak trip on the Lower Columbia River at Skamokawa
The old river town (now a National Historic District) is on the site of a former Wahkiakum Indian village where Lewis and Clark traded en route to the Pacific. This area remains much as they saw it 200 years ago.
