San Francisco's Golden Gate Park and Coastal Trail

The scheduled date for the Golden Gate shootout was beautiful, sunny, and bright. Kris and I had already made arrangements to stay in San Francisco both Saturday and Friday for a little extra play time. We stayed at the Seal Rock Inn near the Cliff House and across the street from an entrance to the Coastal Trail and the end of the Bus Line to the Park. Most of the day was spent in the new Academy of Science. We ran across Anne, club member and took some pictures together in the late afternoon. The Coastal Trail was something new to us. We hiked from the ruins of the Sutro Baths east towards the Golden Gate Bridge. We did not go all the way because of all the views to admire and photograph. This walk was the highlight of our short vacation.
