“I started semi-private training at Tidewater Performance Gloucester after I completed physical therapy for my shoulder at Tidewater Physical Therapy, Inc. I was nervous at first about how my shoulder would respond to the training, but everyone at Tidewater Performance put my mind at ease with the professional expertise they showed and the way they listened to my concerns and worked with me to overcome my fears. I became determined to improve my health to avoid winding up in physical therapy again or in surgery. My trainer Justin has taught me how the body works and how to move for maximum performance and achievement, as well as coached me to believe in myself and to push myself forward toward achieving my goals. As an added bonus, Justin has taught me much about nutrition and helped me to develop better eating habits that support my fitness development and success. Justin understands and is patient with my physical limitations, but he never lets me lose faith that I can achieve new levels of agility and movement. Every training session challenges me to go a little beyond what I have done before, and I am doing it with Justin’s help! Through applying proper exercise and nutrition tools and techniques that I had never experienced before, I am learning to Live Life Stronger and my shoulder and the rest of me are getting more healthy. I am so thankful for Tidewater Performance and my trainer, who are my STRONG partners in health!” Lori Jones
Three Kings wood carving from our family trip to Mexico have been liberated from 40+ years of dirt and grime and have been hung in a place of honor here in Virginia (in my study). They look great, with a new lease on life! I am so glad we still have them and they are still in good shape, because I have always liked them. They are a great compliment to the clay nativity set, also from our Mexico trip.
. This is the set that the Thompsons brought back with us from our family trip to Mexico. I remember it well now that I see it. The girl in the green dress with the duck lost her head on the journey to our house, but I was able to fix it with crazy glue. I can tell that some of the other pieces have also lost their heads in years past and have been repaired. I think the set is perfect.
